Terms and Policy
You may return most new items, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Rubber material cut to customer length is NOT returnable. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We’re committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly accept a return for a refund of most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that meet each of the following criteria:
- Have the original invoice attached
- Are in their original packaging
- Are not used, installed, or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
- Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
- Are not custom made or specifically ordered in
- Are not changeover items
To complete your return, contact us at 02 4721 1414 with the details of your proposed return and refund and confirmation that you can meet the returns criteria set out above. Then simply send you item to the store address.
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be borne by you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost based on your postcode in Australia. We will make contact with you to confirm the shipping cost prior to shipping.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on cubic weight, as the size of the item determines the shipping cost rather than the physical weight.
For small items under 5kg, road freight satchels are used, so no P.O. Boxes please.
International buyers will need to Contact Us for a shipping quote.

Old Auto Rubber guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective or damaged product and wish to return the goods for a replacement or refund, please contact us immediately, we will then give you instructions on how to proceed.
Old Auto Rubber will provide the remedy requested and applicable under the Australian Consumer Law.
